AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Free shipping on all domestic orders over 99$. 

We use Standard and Express Delivery options via Sendle. For Standard Delivery allow 2 to 5 business days, for Express Delivery allow 1 to 3 business days.

We offer free delivery service to all customers who spend more than 99$ AUD in one order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the delivery (metropolitan area) or  3 to 6 business days for rural areas. 

You will receive an email/ mobile notification when:

  • your order is packed;
  • your order is picked up, including your tracking number and estimated delivery date;
  • your order is due for delivery;
  • your order is delivered.

For Custom Orders, Made to Order and Upcycle Your Wardrobe Items consider the time to make the item plus shipping. Usually for hair accessories the items are Made to Order and it will take 48 hours to make. Please refer to this page for special orders timelines.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 We ship to all European countries, United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand.

We use International Standard Delivery via Sendle. For Standard Delivery allow 10 to 28 business days. You can visit this page to have a more precise delivery estimate based on your country (Sendle defines Western Europe as most of European countries). Please contact us if you need your order urgently or you have any questions of concerns. We will do our best to assist in getting the parcel to you.

We offer free delivery service to all customers who spend more than 150$ AUD in one order. Please allow 10 to 28 business days for delivery. 

Please be aware that your local customs office may hold your parcel for a period of time. Your customs office might also bill you based on the value of goods and you are responsible for this payment.
