Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that buying online is difficult and we certainly don't want you to keep something that you are not going to wear. Therefore, we offer a 30-day exchange policy excluding Custom Orders, Made to Order or Upcycle Your Wardrobe items.

No item will be exchanged after 30 days. Partial refunds can also be negotiated upon inspection of the items' condition when they are returned. Sale items will not be refunded under any circumstances.
